Anne was a fab trainer, who made every subject relevent using her own experiences, and took time to listen and answer any questions we may have, was a real pleasure to meet her, and have the confidence to deal with any calls I need to answer in my workplace! Dave’s first aid instruction was extremely professional. Always supporting every participant, guiding them to ensure full understanding and taking the time to clarify if anyone struggled.
