I found the course quite intensive but Darren made every effort to minimise any confusion in understanding the subject discussed , making sure all participants were given the opportunity to ask any questions which were covered with answers and discussion with the class so that inclusion was afforded to all , from the beginning of the course right through to the final test and consequent discussions afterwards . It was a full on 3 day session but made to be unintimidating due to his skill in putting across the knowledge needed to attain the qualification without overwhelming the participants to the point of distraction , a very clever and thoughtful instructor who knows how to get the best out of his class .
