Very good session that was engaging and thought provoking.
Could have used an introductory section giving a summary of permit to works and an example one before launching into the Q&A on what we currently do. Steve was a good trainer and there was plenty of time for questions and work shopping.
Fantastic course with valuable information. Well delivered and one of the most enjoyable courses for a long time.
It's clear now we weren't ready for the course and have a lot of work to do before being ready to fully implement the training. However Ian was incredibly helpful and has provided us a clear pathway forwards. 4 star for materials as the AI permit board image has text mistakes and it looks unprofessional.
