Sam is a wonderful and caring workshop leader. She truly allows for participants to feel in a safe environment. She brought in interesting and thought provoking ideas in the workshop and helped us develop the skills needed to understand the topic of emotional intelligence. Initially, I thought I would only gain a little from the course, given my existing emotional literacy. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the depth of learning. I discovered more about myself, my perceptions of others, and how they might perceive me. This newfound knowledge has sparked a personal excitement in me, as I have identified areas for personal growth. I wholeheartedly recommend this course, as I believe it can benefit everyone.
