Karen is a brilliant tutor with vast experience behind her . Very courteous, allowed contributions and has an in depth understanding of the topic. Surprisingly she printed out the course materials which is novel and I find it very useful as we often don’t go back to pdf files due to work schedules . She explained the major difference in leadership and management. Excellent session
