Claire always makes the Sessions fun and easy to interact also. Great information throughout.
What stood out for me the most was understanding the negative spiralling in the presentation skills. It made me realise I have been in a complete negative spiral and may not have been as optimistic and positive as I normally am. I almost wish I had seen it sooner as it may have helped me feel more confident during the completion of this course. I now feel a lot more comfortable about completing the presentation and understand that I was placed on this course for a reason and I am grateful for that. Really and truly the course would not be the same without Claire.
I have thoroughly enjoyed today's session. Claire has expressed clear and direct information around different aspects to the HR role and when and how we would use these services. She has also expressed how important our roles are as managers/ leaders throughout by maintaining clear advice and support. Good "dos and don'ts" consistently while also fostering a collaborative environment. The presentation skills were a great touch and shared good and effective tools to use throughout the presentation for the 12th. Claire you have changed my career with these sessions and I truly can't thank you enough!
