Steph is always fantastic and engaging. She always makes the topic and discussion very interesting. I appreciate that we get involved in the discussion and able to express our opinions and we get so encouraged!

I really enjoyed the first module, mostly because of Claire and what I learned in such a short space of time, I found it very useful and I am excited to see what the other modules are about, I was also worried about an interview I had this week and Claire gave me some great advice, I was a nervous wreck but went on to smash the interview and now I am a team leader 😀 I have found courses previously quite boring but Claire made this fun to learn she really is amazing 👏 🤩
Claire was amazing and certainly gave the most informational but entertaining training I’ve ever received. I very much look forward to the upcoming sessions with her.

I had a really good time yesterday! I felt really at ease since I have come into the room. Claire was absolutely amazing, I have heard really good things about her and about the course from my team and other people in the business and she honestly has exceed my expectations! The course was amazing and I cannot wait to learn more

good session, with lots of useful practical takeaways. Workbook could do with being more streamlined with slides and have spaces to take notes between pages.
