Really interesting and helpful training!

This course has given me a better understanding of the project management framework, which helps me better understand my position within the larger whole. This course has also given me a better understanding of the terminology used in my team, making it easier to follow the structures and process thinking that is in place. I am also walking away with tools to help me take some more control over my section within a project, eventually leading workstreams to a successful close.

I thought Karen was a natural presenter. As well as presenting she was also a great listener and very personable. She kept the course engaging and informative throughout without getting too bogged down in the theory. I particularly liked how she kept linking it back to our own experiences and projects to give it a real life perspective.

This course has reinforced my confidence in the risk management process that we already implement, and given clearer guidance into Project Management as a whole - very valuable course, I will be leaning on what I have learnt - especially in terms of project reporting and analysis - and also wrapping up a project, making sure to celebrate the success and review lessons learnt. I really enjoyed the training and learning more about the components of Project Management. It made me think about what I already apply to my work when it comes to Project Management. I do implement some of the planning and risk assessment and mitigation aspects, but at a novice level. This training will enable me to apply these at a higher and more robust level, which will help me in my work.

I really enjoyed the overall experience and course. It was very interactive and its very insightful to listen to other people's approaches, experiences and areas they do project management. I've seen project management can be very challenging but it's very good to consider loads of facets before approaching it, making sure you're level headed and go in with a good plan

Thanks for the course, it made things a lot clearer. Since I joined the organization, there have been many discussions about projects that I will have to lead, but having had no experience in project management, I was quite worried about how to go about it. Having participated in this, I am a little more confident about how to go about recording and managing aspects of the project.

it would be nice to spend some time on tools for project management - to be really introduced to them so that you can get out of the course with a better idea what would work for your own needs

The trainer is experienced, professional, making effective use of our scenarios to discuss and connecting well to the workshop materials. It's good balance between discussion and understanding of the training materials.

I really enjoyed this course (Accountability in Action: Transforming Teams and Building Trust), I didn't know 100% what to expect with the content, but it was really insightful and interesting. Karen is very conscientious, pays attention to who has contributed, who has not, asks in a none intrusive way, is aware of those with camera off that may be currently engaged with something else. Really open to input and discussion and gave us some really useful documents and insights into how to use this in our roles!
