Trainer was very engaging and allowed me to have a great perspective in various areas when giving feedback.

The trainer was outstanding. As a former teacher and trainer myself, I felt that this was the best training I had ever received from a trainer. Mike was able to engage all of the different learners in the room, combining light-hearted team building with thought-provoking guidance.
