Karen is a great facilitator. She was attentive and I feel she picked up and remembered key points from all of us throughout the session which made me feel valued, and that she had respect for our time. She successfully built on points we raised and gave tangible examples/ideas about how we could face issues we might face.

The trainer was outstanding. As a former teacher and trainer myself, I felt that this was the best training I had ever received from a trainer. Mike was able to engage all of the different learners in the room, combining light-hearted team building with thought-provoking guidance. Mike captured our attention right from the first minute and added so much value to us all.
