Thank you to Mark for making it such an simple and easy course to cover. The theories, models and real life examples helped a lot for sure. I felt confident enough to speak and felt as though I was heard and acknowledged when I gave my input when asked. Great course.
Great insight and knowledge from the course which I can apply in my day to day role
The course was brilliant and better than expected. Tesni was a great teacher and I learnt a lot. My only point would be that it would be helpful to have the updated slides beforehand, but this was rectified during the session.
The session worked well, it could have perhaps done with more time to fully explore some of the topics.
Was pleasant enough but the subject matter was targeted at slightly more junior people I think.

I learnt about how different stakeholders can have varying levels of power and interest in my organisation and how to then focus my efforts on those with a high level of power and interest. I enjoyed learning about different behavioural profiles and types of persuasion. I feel that I can apply some learnings to my communications and engagement plan, to make sure I'm prioritising those stakeholders than I should be.
