Making Thames Water site-safety guidance clear and engaging is the course’s defining strength: attendees value knowledgeable, friendly trainers who explain procedures plainly, invite questions and involve the group. They describe the content as practical, relevant and easy to follow, with real-world examples, videos and slides helping them understand hazards, site expectations and safe working.
