Very good and informal course.

The Thames Water Passport training provided by Gold Tap Training was well structured, informative, and easy to follow, covering all key areas effectively. Chris Dutton delivered the course in a clear and engaging manner, encouraging participation, which helped improve understanding. The training materials were useful and the pace was appropriate, allowing enough time to absorb the information. Overall, I am satisfied with the training and feel more confident in applying what I have learned, although adding more practical, real life examples could further enhance the experience.

Explained the course perfectly.

Whilst the course was very well run etc, my role won’t involve working with clean or dirty water as it is at the location of a potential future site, in that respect the relevance of some aspects wasn’t high for my part. But the course was well run and interesting so I didn’t mark it down for that.
