Making Thames Water site-safety guidance clear and engaging is the course’s defining strength: attendees value knowledgeable, friendly trainers who explain procedures plainly, invite questions and involve the group. They describe the content as practical, relevant and easy to follow, with real-world examples, videos and slides helping them understand hazards, site expectations and safe working. The well-structured pace and manageable length support learning they apply with greater confidence at work.

Rachel was very clear with how she explained everything and made it easy to understand.
Very informative for a new recruit. Topped up knowledge from previous jobs and gave me plenty of new information too.
Great course well instructed thanks Chris. Thomas
