Making Thames Water site-safety guidance clear and engaging is the course’s defining strength: attendees value knowledgeable, friendly trainers who explain procedures plainly, invite questions and involve the group. They describe the content as practical, relevant and easy to follow, with real-world examples, videos and slides helping them understand hazards, site expectations and safe working. The well-structured pace and manageable length support learning they apply with greater confidence at work.

Videos played very jittery and made it very difficult to follow. Possibly due to my internet connection
Is this something that couldn’t be done at sites? Felt more like Thames water introduction and induction at times.
