Chris Dutton delivered the course in a clear and engaging manner, encouraging participation, which helped improve understanding. The training materials were useful and the pace was appropriate, allowing enough time to absorb the information. Overall, I am satisfied with the training and feel more confident in applying what I have learned, although adding more practical, real life examples could further enhance the experience.
