Very good course and very informative.

Well delivered and covers essential information. Course was informative and varied. Trainer was lively and friendly, kept the material engaging with a conversational style. Material is clearly aligned with TW standards. A number of different resources brought together to support the TW guidance and statements. There was a definite focus on "000", responsibility and the development and maintenance of a positive safety culture, which are solid aspects to take away from this course.
