Much of the material was out of date or very old. Whole course needs refreshing. Trainers internet connection was poor, so videos were pixelated and lagging, massively impacting how the content came across to the delegates. Rachel was good. She could get a better webcam set up as video quality and positioning was poor.
Great course. Good information, interesting and well delivered by our course trainer. 10/10.
