Trainer was very engaging and easy to listen to. I felt there should have been more interaction however as it would actually have been possible to not even be present for the training and still obtain the passport. Some questions at the end around the content would have been good.

Some of the slides were of poor quality - this particularly relates to pictures of documents inserted into the slides - these ranged from fuzzy to unreadable. Often slides started off fuzzy and became clearer, which is possibly a Zoom issue. However, a lot of the inserts stayed at a very poor level of quality. As our brilliant trainer pointed out, we're un the 21st century, so it should be possible to get this sorted out. Thanks.
