the kitchen facilities and supplys are very poor. there was no dishwashing sponges (i brought from home) theres very limited dishes and utensils (i also had to bring supplys from home).

Very enjoyable couple of days. Found the content the pace and the tutor to be spot on. Often courses can be dull and information overload. This course had a great pace and the information was great the discussions were really insightful and Carrie the tutor is excellent
