I enjoyed the session n learned lot more good information
The course has been very good and has given me a lot of knowledge on mental health. I feel like I now know better about how to handle my own mental health and others. The trainer was very nice and made the course fun. Others in the group also made the course comfortable and it was good to know other people's views on mental health. Thank you :)
