Great pace, really personable and great use of the work book.

Much of the PESTLE and SWOT were covered in the finance training. Woul have liked to explore coaching setting goals and development opportunities in more depth

Craig's a great trainer. Very relaxed but knowledgeable and makes sure everyone is involved.
