Training very involving, interesting and informing

The trainer and course content were excellent. There could have been some more practical elements such as surveys or quizzes to check learning and be a little more interactive with for example, how would you deal with XX situation or person. However, our course only had 3 people, myself and two others who were in the same business and same zoom room, therefore the trainer did well to engage us all but it led to small discussions from only two business perspectives. Saphire did well to engage all of us and allow each of us to participate.
