About this course
This two-day accredited management training programme brings together the key leadership skills you need to be an effective manager and builds on any experience you already have. The qualification is based on the Government’s National Qualification Framework and Level 3 roughly relates to the equivalent of NVQs and BTECs at Level 3.
What you will learn
By the end of the programme, you will:
- Have a good understanding of the key leadership and management skills
- Be able to communicate effectively with your team and recognise the different ways others communicate
- Feel confident about identifying and solving problems
- Know how to motivate and inspire your team and set expectations
