Best training course I have attended. Clare was fabulous very informative gave really good examples and had the patience of a saint listening and answering our questions. Helps to boost confidence is understanding and makes learning and development fun lots of tools to take away and put into practice. Will be sure to pass them on to my team and thanks you for having me
