Great session and lots of new information to take in Really informative and engaging

I came in feeling like I generally don’t get on well in these sessions and I would be more introverted but I was a lot more outspoken and contributing to the discussions because of how at ease I felt with the training and Claire herself

Claire is amazing and keeps you engaged. The afternoon was slightly tiring, but she adapted the session to get everyone up and energised.
