Great trainer, really good.

Very fun and interactive, made it engaging.

Really enjoyed this session, Karen was brilliant and facilitated the session as a safe space where we all felt comfortable. There was a great mixture of Karen talking/teaching us and group discussions (sometimes I find the balance of training can be too heavy in group discussions and you feel like you've reflected but not learned). For this reason I am glad we dropped the final group conversation in favor of discussing assertiveness and wellbeing.

I came in feeling like I generally don’t get on well in these sessions and I would be more introverted but I was a lot more outspoken and contributing to the discussions because of how at ease I felt with the training and Claire herself
