This was an interesting course. It had some useful techniques which help improve leadership styles. Ideal for first line managers

Overall the course was interesting and engaging, a lot of interesting information, useful as well. The only downside to it was that there were technical problems with submitting the assignments, missing options in the form submission link, stopping us from successfully submitting them. Minor issue.
