George was an informative facilitator, pleasure to be on the course for 4 days! Looking forward to staying in contact with him for my assignments!
Thorough in his presentation his knowledge was really good, he also added humour which is needed on a four day course.
At times the course seemed disorganised. there has been confusion over submitting assignments as well as what assignments need to be completed.
Course was ok as a team leader point but some areas weren’t relevant to our area of work
