Thorough in his presentation his knowledge was really good, he also added humour which is needed on a four day course.
At times the course seemed disorganised. there has been confusion over submitting assignments as well as what assignments need to be completed.
Course was ok as a team leader point but some areas weren’t relevant to our area of work
Very engaging and informative. Had some interesting points and development techniques that will help me develop further as a new team leader.
