A great opportunity to practice feeling confident with difficult conversations and questions. Very useful tools to take forward into future conversations.

The training was really welcoming and all the trainers were warm and approachable and used their experiences to support the models taught to bring them to life. The day was diverse and offered lots of opportunities for different communication experiences.
