A really useful session and would recommend my colleagues take part as well.

Useful course which I will definitely be taking key elements away from, in particular soundbite and rehearsing.

The course was great. One addition you might consider is putting a few more items re: social media responses and "customer responses" in there. This course was very oriented toward tradition media, which is fine - that's needed, especially at my office. But social media responses require a slightly different emphasis, I think.
