The course was very useful and interesting. The practical part of the course helped to better understand in what manner the spokesperson should answer the questions; what are the main keys of a good statement and the importance of CARE, AMEN, TRUTH.

I love this course training. This is very vital, especially at this time of age. It will be helpful to such offices as the Ombudsman Commission. It will prepare us in the media statements and etc.

I found both trainers very warm and lovely to deal with. There were people with different levels of experience in the virtual room but Susan and Howard made everyone feel very welcome.
