I love this course training. This is very vital, especially at this time of age. It will be helpful to such offices as the Ombudsman Commission. It will prepare us in the media statements and etc.

I found both trainers very warm and lovely to deal with. There were people with different levels of experience in the virtual room but Susan and Howard made everyone feel very welcome.

Excellent workshop, really! The tutors were very engaged and even during the breaks they were speaking to us and trying to find out more about our jobs, to make the information and the course even more pertinent
