I really enjoyed the course they were lots of interesting stories. I suppose the only thing I was hoping for that wasn't in the course was information on how to answer questions around UKAS technical procedures and Work Instructions. This is a particular concerning area where our work / onowledge could be questioned or attacked
Rhoda was a brilliant trainer and was very helpful with her advice for court. She used real life case studies which was useful and interesting. I feel much more confident about being questioned and attending court and have a better understanding about how important my contemporaneous notes are. Thank you Rhoda!
