Kelly was an excellent teacher. She was friendly and made all of us feel very relaxed. The course was tailored to our specific roles and Kelly had clearly done her research into our codes of practice and ISO compliancy. The cross examination, whilst scary and nerve wracking, became a fun exercise whilst maintaining the importance of behaving and answering questions correctly. We were never criticised but given points to prove upon.

I am 52 and ex-military, so you can imagine I have attended countless training courses in my career. This was, without a doubt, the best days training I have ever experienced. It was engaging, interactive, relevant, informative and enjoyable. I cannot recommend this highly enough. Many thanks to Rob.

Rob was fantastic - his delivery was spot on. I could have easily had another day with him to answer questions that came from the ‘cross-examinations’.

I initially thought the training would be about our MG22's and how better to prepare those for court, but the tips and tricks of Barristers and being cross examined was really useful.

Great training. Rhoda was very informative, made the content relevant to our role. I liked how we practised being in a court in a more relaxed manner.

I have been a police officer for 25 years and been to court on numerous occasions feeling like the battle between me and the defence was personal! I have learnt skills and now have the confidence to seek the judges assistance something which, i never thought you could do! You are never told in the police, how to act and what you can and cannot do when giving evidence. I found Robs training style, engaging us with stories and explaining and debunking the court room myths perfect for me! I felt totally energised and have a new vigour when it comes to giving evidence...roll on 2027 for my next trial!!

Rob made the course very interesting through storytelling and ensuring the audience was well engaged. There was plenty of questions from Rob, and interaction between us and him.

I thoroughly enjoyed this course! I thought the trainer Rob had an excellent mix of knowledge, expertise, humour and real world anecdotes to make the course thoroughly enjoyable. We had a mix of experience in the room in terms of attending court and Rob catered to everyone; no question felt like a silly one. Whilst still nervous about about attending court in the future, this course has reassured me that feeling nervous is completely normal. I'd always heard that court is like a theatre and this course has helped prepare me for it. learning about the verbal and non-verbal tricks played in court was fascinating, and learning how to counter them has instilled a little bit of confidence . Thank you very much to Rob and Bond Solon.
