I really enjoyed the course!! I feel that I’ve learned some new skills and progressed as a trainer. I feel far more confident in my ability to train new staff in the future and I’m looking forward to putting some of my new skills into action.
Really enjoyable two days very informative and interactive. Darren and Dan were both very polite and professional i feel I have learnt a lot from them.
I thought they were both very friendly and engaging. I feel I can walk out of this course with a better mindset when it comes to training and feel extra confident that I can deliver training in a good way.
