Rated 4 for the materials as it would have been nice to have a work book to keep notes in and have diagrams etc to refer back to. Felt at times my focus was on writing notes so missed some bit of information. Great two days help me identify improvements I can make and validated the things I was doing right.

Very interesting and well done! Trainer was very engaging and informative. Only negative was that it could have been done in a day and a half rather than 2 days, as it became harder to engage.

I came into the course feeling quite anxious about presenting training and with Sapphire’s support I now feel confident to prepare, present and facilitate training.

Dan made the group feel comfortable in each session and so enabled us to share ideas. Lots of information given and Dan made it clear that we could use the most important parts of it which were applicable to our situation.
