Helpful and engaging, really useful course

It was a solid reminder of the basics and things we need to keep in mind during an itw. I missed the start of the session but I would recommend listening to the examples and different feedbacks

Extremely beneficial learning experience

Really interesting and informative background to journalists and media in general. Presenters were very professional, clearly experienced and very good overall - much better than usual trainers! Theory, tips and practical feedback was invaluable in getting messages across in any forum, not just interaction with media - I'll be using this internally and externally in meetings.

Very useful session, some excellent tangible techniques to help improve media interactions. The course pushed me out of my comfort zone, but in a really supportive way, and it has helped me feel much more confident in those situations.

A helpful course that provides practical tools to help prepare for and undertake media interviews. But also tools that are transferable to any context where you are talking about activity to someone.
