Fab trainers, material and importantly structure, pace and learning outcomes. Best money my employer has ever spent on employee training for this team.
After lots of different training, on various topics, this was the most useful and engaging that i have undertaken. I didn't once look at the clock wondering when it would be over. Thank you.
this was a brilliant course and Susan was fab.
Great course, found it really useful and relevant. I feel much more confident now should I have to do any press interviews.

Thank you - it was really insightful and well structured.
Really interesting and fun. I liked the fact that it was just three others in the breakout rooms.
