Overall, I thought the training was excellent and the faciliator was brilliant. Kept me engaged all day...on a Friday!! Really friendly, supportive and encouraging. Taught us some really useful techniques that I will go away and practise.
This is a fantastic course to get hands on experience of media interviews. It increased my confidence and was great to be trained by someone with professional experience in the field.
