All trainers were incredibly professional, knowledgeable and provided valuable and constructive feedback. I would absolutely reccomend this to anyone who has public facing aspects of the job, or want to present with gravitas.
We went thorough an intense obstacle course of practical exercises for a variety of journalistic confrontations. Each exercise was followed by an immediate review, which made learning from the exercise extremely easy.
