Really evidence and knowledge based course, and highly interactive - being able to put into practice techniques and skills in a “real world” scenario was invaluable. Verity and Victoria were very supportive and knowledgeable and made it fun as well as helpful training!

It is quite helpful but I think that the objectives and the focus should be more clear at the start of the day to take the best out of it. If you keep changing you target along the day, you might lose confidence instead of gaining it
