Good advice and great experience to build confidence and knowledge of areas to work on.

Develops the confidence to handle tricky questions, ignore the camera and control the narrative. All trainers were incredibly professional, knowledgeable and provided valuable and constructive feedback. I would absolutely reccomend this to anyone who has public facing aspects of the job, or want to present with gravitas.

We went thorough an intense obstacle course of practical exercises for a variety of journalistic confrontations. Each exercise was followed by an immediate review, which made learning from the exercise extremely easy.

The media first team are approachable, engaging, friendly and knowledgeable. I thoroughly enjoyed the day and benefited greatly from their expertise
