Training really highlighted to me how important practice is, both in terms of knowing the message and delivering it. Training also did a good job in developing expectations of a journalists motivation and how important it is to know your script and what you are trying to achieve.

They provide you with lots of different techniques to help you when public speaking or in an interview.
Very helpful - really highlighted the need for a concise message to deliver. This focus helped with guiding preparation and then really helped with applying the bridging technique to get away from challenging questions. Lots of practice throughout the day really helped me to build my confidence to apply these techniques.
