A must do for anyone who may encounter the media. I arrived full of trepidation and anxiety about what the day, but left feeling confident that I CAN do this, using the tools I’ve been given. Huge thanks to Paul in particular for taking me through it, always encouraging, building my confidence session by session so by the end of the course, I actually felt OK in that space.
