Really useful day with lots of tips. Pushes you outside of your comfort zone but within a very supportive and constructive environment. Really enjoyed it. Feel more confident. The only reason I didn’t rate confidence now higher than 8 is because I’d still be nervous about very short notice requests without sufficient prep time as I think that’s key. Very good course.
