John was very professional and knowledgeable. He is a great instructor and overall good person. I appreciate how patient he was in ensuring that we received the very important parts of this course.

Very amazing teachers, and always there to help if something is not understood. Quite impossible to fail. Mr. Bennett was very helpful, he helped me with anything I didn't understand. He made the course very easy to understand as well as put real life understanding into the course. Couldn't of asked for a better teacher for this part of the course.
Great class, learned quite a bit, but I still think a textbook would be useful.

This class would be so much better if we had the CertMaster textbook to supplement our practice. The content on it is actually from CompTIA so it would really help us pass our certification tests. Our teacher was really good and made sure we understood the content. Eric implemented several ways of learning to ensure nobody strayed behind.
