All of the classes to this point have been great. I have a lot of notes and have been presented with thorough information. I feel that I will be ready for the certification exams much quicker with all of this relevant material to study and learn.
A+ 1102 was a great introduction to installing and configuring operating systems, security, troubleshooting, and operational procedures. As a new student to IT, I am becoming more confident in learning this field of study, and pursuing it as a career.
Great course. I would not skip this course even if I knew a lot about IT or was in the industry already. There are lots of tidbits in there that you will learn. And the ACI Learning program is a great way to learn it. The environment is conducive to learning, you have a live instructor, and a ton of resources that are very useful in study. Highly recommended.
Very fast paced course but the way Ron taught the course made it much easier to understand and remember the material. He made the classroom an entertaining environment and showed how much he cares about students.
Enjoyed learning in this course and feel equipped for certification exam.
