Great course, Great Teacher!!!

Really, this course was great and I learned alot more than i had realized. And our instructor took the time to make sure everyone was able to pass. But those slides need some work

GOOD course , was surprised by the number of videos we watched as homework. BUT DEFINITELY UP TO SPEED.

I feel that most of my learning and knowledge came from CertMaster+ , ITVPro videos and other outside sources. In class instruction did very little in preparing me for the A+ Certification, or the class assessments.

Focus on troubleshooting, the labs may help you out on this. I passed the cert exam with 77%, but it wasn't easy.

Very Helpful and enjoyable

I loved this class, I had actual fun learning in an energetic and inspiring environment. I have nothing but great and wonderful things to say about my experience.

I loved taking this class with Professor Ronald Clanton. I hope I get to take many more IT classes with him. He is one of the best teachers, educators and mentors I've ever had the privilege to have in my life!
