really like the course so far and instructors
Overall, I enjoy in-person learning with great classmates and instructors. However, my experience with ACI Learning has been disappointing at best. The recruitment process was poorly managed, with recruiters lacking knowledge and communication along with rumors leading to mistrust and a shaky foundation. Issues with facilities and broken equipment added to the frustration. Job placement support seems inadequate, and the high price doesn't reflect the value received. While the teachers are competent, the curriculum lacks focus on exam-relevant material. Basic study aids like flashcards and workbooks are missing. Despite my effort, I cannot and will not in good conscience recommend ACI Learning for anyone interested in IT education.
very interesting and engaging course all throughout the time span
Courses material is great but not having an instructor that can instruct makes learning this way harder than it needs to be. I'm very disappointed with this last class due to the instructor. I myself have been an instructor for compressed training times and still made course material relatable and understandable. I kept an open mind and remembered no matter how long I had done the tasks being taught, I taught the course material 1. In accordance with the material set to present and 2. The students are absorbing or not absorbing material based on how well I can relate that material to their knowledge base and understanding. I adjusted to classes as needed and would expect similar teaching standards from my own instructor. Never would I have told students "You're not asking me the right questions so I can't answer your question" That does nothing but frustrate and shut down a class. On more than 1 occasion Mr. Lee made that statement to us as a class, that to me would be an indicator of me not connecting with and reaching my class. He refused to adjust and we have suffered because of it.
i really can't say enough good things about this program. I am incredibly grateful to be a part of a community of other learners who want to better their lives and you all have given me the content to succeed.
needs to be longer, and not a boot camp, so that the information can be retained.
