CompTIA A+ 1101 was a great class overall. Mr. Eric Tinn kept the class engaged and interested. The course material, however, needs review, updates and improvement.

Our teacher was very great. Eugene Hamric made things easy to understand, and if we didnt he went very in depth and gave great examples to help us understand. Very impressed with the whole course.

Some questions had conflicting answers that prevented me from getting the correct answer on the final exam. Even though I passed, I believe it would be best to be consistent across the board to prevent any misunderstandings of the material taught. Other then that, the course was great for a beginner like me with little to no prior knowledge of the subject.

Good instruction and preparation for certification exam
